Was here at 4am when they open. They literally walk in late. I’m waiting politely outside. Not a problem. I get it. Then 15 min goes by and I try driving through the drive through. The 2 ladies working said to me we aren’t ready and won’t be for another 15 min. I respond by saying I believe you open at 4am, correct? Very poor Managment and customer service.

Stoping there often for a coffee. Not anymore, that is for sure. You get donuts for $1 with your coffee, but my friend today drink tea instead and could not get the discount. Service rep. or cashier was rude. People are not business oriented. She could not honor the 59 cent discount but rather lost every day customer. Amazing !!!

The manager and every other staff there are poorly educated and manners wise the manager is big fat women there that insulted my mom in English thinking I didn’t speak English and when trying to speak to them they kept interrupting her and kept saying nasty things and kept laughing at my mom and I making us wait 30 minutes for two coffee they didn’t even remember to make

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Constantly messing up my orders. Shorted my order this morning, and when I went in the gal behind the counter was rude and yelled at me like it was my fault for being upset I had to get my order corrected. Called back and asked for owner’s phone #. They’re supposed to call me with that………..still waiting…..

My wife and I have had more bad experiences here than good ones. More than enough lately our coffee has been watered down, not made correctly, missing ingredients that were specifically asked for. They print the label out that has it all on it, but the taste is not there. It’s just gross honestly. They are lazy. I’d rather drive to one farther away to get my moneys worth.

They keep messing up my order and when they forget to give you something you paid for, they act as if they giving you for free like you didn’t pay for it! People work hard for their money and their time is as important.
