Love this place. Great authentic Mexican food. It is in the same building as a gas station… don’t let that fool ya. Great food with big portions and excellent service. Can’t ask for anything more. My go to is the naked burrito with carnitas. Yummm!

The BEST tacos in the valley. The specials always make my heart so happy. My husband gets the burritos and I’ve heard nothing but good things from him, although sometimes he wishes there was a bit more flavor. He adds some hot sauce and it’s good to go. You can’t go wrong with homemade tortillas, good meat, and fresh produce. My only complaint is I wish they were open for dinner, but I’ll take them when I can get them because it’s so freaking tasty! I always get the specials in taco form and I haven’t been disappointed at all.

I was told this was the best place for street tacos and they were definitely WRONG. The Carne asada was tough to chew and had no flavor. My chili Verde burrito was just as boring. Looks like they use their pork 2 ways: it’s cooked like pulled pork(not cubes), then they put green sauce on it and called it chili Verde!!!…& it still lacked any of the traditional spices(cumin,garlic,ROASTED PEPPERS,etc)I took 2 bites and threw it away. Their beans were the only thing on the plate that has any flavor. We also tried the chips and hot salsa. Chips were served warm,but not homemade. Salsa was ok,but definitely wasn’t hot.

We decided to try La Casita yesterday based on great recommendations and reviews saying that the food was authentic and tasty. We got tacos (al pastor and carnitas) and a burrito (al pastor). Everything is an upcharge here, which I feel is important to note – there is no ice water and no fountain drinks (only bottled drinks), cheese is extra, chips and salsa are extra, rice and beans are extra… Our total for two people was around $40. Which I can get past but our food was mediocre, at best. The al pastor was very bland, chewy and full of fat/gristle. The carnitas was better but still lacked flavor. The flour tortillas are made in house and it did improve the burrito, however as a whole, the burrito was filled with more than half rice, very little meat and beans (I could not detect any cheese or guacamole) and overall lacked flavor. I opted for the red sauce on top which is labeled mild, and it definitely is. I also got some medium salsa on the side, which I considered mild but I poured the entire container on my burrito which helped the food. The texture of everything was also very strange with the cabbage in it.

This is our favorite Mexican place to eat at during the summer near West Glacier and now their 2nd location is in Kalispell! The food is fantastic and the employees are just as wonderful. We have traveled to many places and eated a lot of food. This is by far one of our favorites. Cannot say enough good things. Thank you La Casita Crew for bringing us delicious food year round! Such a great addition.
