Absolutely amazing customer service and food! I’ve been going ever since I opened and this is by far my favorite fast food chain. The only thing I wouldn’t quite recommend would be the coleslaw; maybe it was a only a fluke for a while though.

The chicken was moist but there was not much flavor .the breading was light and crispy..I do not like sauce so if that’s flavorings? The fries where hot and crispy.i did like that there was the toasted bread.

Chicken is good but the tenders are fairly small. Toast was soft inside and crunchy. Fries were a little pale and didn’t seem super crispy. Food was still warm even after my 10 min drive home.

I know this is a chain and I know this is going to sound crazy but I have never eaten here before. We actually came on Mother’s Day and it was pretty much deserted because when people go out for Mother’s Day they don’t think chain restaurants. I would have to say between the service and the food this was probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a restaurant! First of all, it looked like the manager was working which was totally awesome, it was a Sunday and it was Mother’s Day right there makes me feel like he definitely cared about his employees. The food was top-notch and the service was great. We explained that we had never been there before and he explained all of the menu to us perfectly. Definitely five stars will definitely return!

Food is always great. Service isn’t always great. The blonde that took our order over this weekend was so rude. Unfortunately the receipts do not have any names on it as well as no name tags. But dang… She acted like we interrupted her day when she took our order. No hello. No nothing. Didn’t even offer to fix my order when she didn’t give me my lemonade. I asked for one in a special cup. She looked at me like I was stupid and just told me it cost more. Didn’t offer to ring me up for it when I asked nicely. Just stared at me. Food is always good. But service (& really it’s the one at the counter not the ones making food) ain’t so great.

I ordered the box combo thru the drive thru and asked to substitute to coleslaw for bread, they gave me two coleslaws. They also did not give me my drink. Very disappointed.
