If you are expecting fresh seafood this is not the place for you. We ordered fresh oysters and should have known from the price that this was below market value. The oysters were HUGE and better suited for frying. Could not down more than two of them out of a dozen. Very “fishy” taste. The shrimp was simply okay. Not deveined so be prepared. Steamed then they just throw Old Bay on top. I’m not impressed. The fried rice was actually okay…but lots of soy sauce! Overall this is not what I expected based on the original review. This seems like a great neighborhood hangout, which is cool..but far from a restaurant you would expect to serve you great seafood!

It looks unimpressive, but the fried fish platter is really great eating! The cocktail was good and; not watered down. They have great happy hour deals from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. every weeknight. I was surprised to see it listed as a sushi restaurant but they have a very wide selection of steamed and fried fish and seafood as well as hibachi and fried rice dishes. Service was good and the food was even better! I was impressed when the cook came out from the kitchen and stopped at each table, checking to see if the customers were satisfied with what she cooked. I was more than satisfied! I’ll be back with my family to try their steamed crabs or maybe steamed seafood platter. If you don’t like loud music, you should get your order to go.

I ordered the pork chops and they would have been good had they been fresh. I was very nice when I sent it back and the bartender expressed to me that the chef was no longer cooking. I didn’t mind so I said okay. Then the chef/manager comes out of the kitchen to tell me that I’m supposed to like all of her food and that nobody ever complains. The pork was old. She then tries to force me to pay for the dish. She was very rude and unprofessional. The bartender was pleasant.

Decent bar. Pretty good food for a bar, consistent service and it’s normally pretty clean. Couple of pool tables and customers get to play whatever music they like on the TouchTunes device. Does not get busy until late though.

Great Food. Good service-Chris… Me and 2 friends went here for the first time. Rock shrimp is spicy. Pork chops has an asian flare, hibachi had a nice twang; raw oysters were fresh, wrapped bacon/shrimp is a must try. Drinks were not watered down. Atmosphere got a little younger around 12am. Nice hidden secret! Check it out.
