We haven’t been to Arby’s in years. We decided to give them a try. The food was not that good. It looked poorly made. The mozzarella cheese sticks were the only thing we enjoyed.

So I drive up to Arby’s order two beef and cheddars on a classic bun that means sesame seed bun not the onion bun. Apparently waiting for 10 minutes in the drive-thru doesn’t mean that people can actually read. I also ordered a loaded mac and cheese which is delicious but it was freezing cold when they handed it to me. So I’m wondering if they even cooking it at all. So reading is not part of the job I’m thinking and I’m really tired of it because every time I come up there the food is cold and it’s wrong. Sonos reading is not a part of the job apparently. I mean every time I only go Because they normally are perfect. I’m hungry and I have to now pick my meat off the onion bun and just eat it all messy. I mean sesame seed bun .

Never open! Won’t ever go again! Never one car in the parking lot. Never open when they say they are. Definitely do not have anything you’re seeing on TV commercials. Bologna is all you’ll get from these people. I’ll just go to Taco Bell instead.

As a weekly customer to this location, I was blown away at the terrible interaction I just had with Amanda at the drive through window. I placed my order and headed to the window. Paid without issue. Then she hands the bag to me. I politely asked for four horsey sauce packs for my three item order. She rolled her eyes and said there’s sause in the bag. I immediately checked the bag, which had no horsey sauce in it and a random assortment of other sauces that had nothing to do with my order. I once again politely asked for 4 horsey sauces and she tells at me “Are you kidding me? For a slider?” I was blown away. She randomly threw some more random sauces in my bag. Unbelievably disrespectful. I would’ve gladly paid for the sauses if it was an issue.

The worst customer service. Went Thursday the 29th at around 5:45ish. The girl who was standing at the register just started at us. Even as we ordered, she stood there staring blankly at us. Then all of a sudden says I don’t know how to do that. Giggles and walks away.

Even though I had a Free Lunch..It Was FANTASTIC!! I had pretty much stopped eating at Arby’s (mostly because their locations were just getting run down and the food was failing too) NOT in this case! This Arby’s was recently remodeled and is very nice and clean! All the staff is super friendly and working hard! The FOOD was Great and they have a new sauce!! 3 Pepper Sauce is the BOMB move over Arby Sauce

Personable and friendly guy usually at drive-thru. Good sliders (not always hot though). Good value between 2-5, with several choices just a buck…but makes us wonder if the reason they are not hot is that they are leftover from lunchtime. Delicious root beer floats and jamocha shakes. My only complaint was that they wouldn’t honor special price listed on sign for a $1 root beer float. First time they told us it had to be between 2-5. Since it was only 1:40, we understood. I haven’t eaten here in awhile. The beef and cheddar was really good as were the mozzarella sticks. I had a chocolate milk for a drink. The help was extra friendly. I enjoyed my experience here. I didn’t just feel like a number. I’ll be back soon.
