There is literally no meat inside of their general toast chicken. they sell you seasoned flour for $13. I wouldn’t advise you want to eat here unless you have money to waste then go ahead.

I don’t typically write reviews but I felt compelled to leave one here in the hopes it will deter someone else from ordering takeout. This was without a doubt the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten in my life. The crab rangoons had no filling, we’re dry and tasted like cardboard. The general Tso had no chicken In not one piece that I checked. The sesame chicken had a ratio of maybe 25% chicken to batter so that’s something I guess, still dry. Beef and broccoli was the only tender piece of meat and it was maybe 5 pieces, the rest was broccoli. Yikes!

This is my second time ordering from them and I get an incorrect order again. The first time they corrected it quickly and send the driver back with the correct order. The second time i ordered from them I called them to tell them they got our order wrong yet again and I have been waiting for an hour for them to deliver the correct order and they are still not here. My order is simple shrimp fried rice! It even says it on the receipt but they keep giving me shrimp and pork. I wouldn’t recommend them! And the customer service is horrible when we call them to see where the driver is with our correct order of food 1 hour after our initial complaint. There are better restaurants out there people stay away!

Food is inconsistent and they are cheap. When they are good they are great, when not, they are mediocre. No matter how much food you order they will only give you 3 or 4 soy sauces. They will charge extra if you ask for more even if you get a lot of food and your order is over $100.

This place has messed up my order twice in a row. The second time it took an hour to get the right order delivered. This was after calling them 3 times. They asked me to return the food that was delivered in error, which I question. What do they do with return foods? Also, they don’t apparently care if you continue to be a customer. Not sure how they stay in business. Will not be ordering from the 62nd Ave store again. The worst service and experience! They refused to refund the missing item until they received the wrong order back.

Quaint space, very clean, friendly service. I love little restaurants where you can watch people moving about in their own little spheres, keeping their own lives in proper orbit, just being. So many busy humans with so many worries and triumphs and struggles and tiny moments of complete bliss. Food here is delicious! The egg drop soup leaves me feeling nourished. I’m happy these humans are here.

Food was good, delivery was fast. They told me 40 mins and got here in 25 mins tops. Delivery guy was friendly. The food was a little bit cold but that’s to be expected with delivery. That’s the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Definitely will order from here again.
