This place has more turnover than a dog looking for treats. Today Laura B took 20 mins to make a personal size pizza. When I asked how long because it seemed to be forever she told me I had only been waiting for 10min. I guess she didn’t realize on the box it shows when the order was put in. Math definitely isn’t her strong suit so the least she could be good at is customer service!

Just hands down not a good LC. Nobody there seems to know what they are doing and the people answer the phone like they are picking up a phone call from their friend. No professionalism at all and it takes me 3x calling to get an answer. My pizzas are never made correctly when I special order them and I’ve even been offered a free pizza but when I call back to cash in on that offer my name on the paper that a manager says she’ll write down for the next time I call is gone and no one knows anything. I’ll drive out of the way to Sanford next time.

I went to this location for the first time and it was horrible my order was not ready, although I had placed the order 2 hours prior online. I come in and get my order from the Pizza Portal and see that my dessert is missing. I ask the first employee just to be completely ignored. I ask the staff member at the register and he is clueless and I have to tell him that my dessert is missing. He goes to get it and tells me it is sold out but they have Twix brownies. I inform him that is not the one that I wanted and that I wanted my money back. The manager comes back and tells me basically she can’t give me back the $4 without it being a huge thing because I order online. She continues trying to convide me to come back the next day to get the M&M brownie I wanted ♀️. I kept telling her no! I just wanted to leave so I was like ok whatever give me the Twix brownies which were frozen like a brick. I ask for my 2 liter Pepsi which they gave to me hot because their refrigerator was not stocked. It had nothing to do with not having staff because she had plenty of staff not working but goofing around. Than to to top it off I get home and the bread sticks are burned and I don’t even know if would call them break sticks. The bad reviews of this place are true. It is just bad customer service. It deserves 0 stars.

Jamiah was so kind and service was so fast. I placed an order and I couldn’t believe how fast we got what we needed. Jamiah specifically was so polite and helpful. I’ve never had better service at a Little Cesar’s. I will save the owner should invest in air conditioning which is why I removed a star. Customers would have an even better experience and his/her staff certainly deserve air conditioning.

This location is the WORST, their phone rarely works and if you can get a ring tone then good luck getting someone to answer the phone. This is absolutely pathetic and corporate isn’t doing anything to rectify this problem. I guess because their pizza is so cheap they feel as if they can treat the customers like crap
