I was NOT happy with how my order was handled on 5/8/23. I placed an order online to be delivered to my daughter’s school at 11:30am. At 12:30pm, the children were still waiting for their pizza. I called this location only to be told that they had no driver to deliver the pizza. They should have had the courtesy to at least inform the clients, especially if they did not deliver on time. I ended up having to drive to the location in Glen Burnie to pick up the pizza for the children. Will NOT be ordering from this location again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I waited in my vehicle for the order to say it was ready, once it said it was done it said to call. I called three times and kept immediately got placed on hold. No one said please hold, just picked up and hit the hold button. I eventually after 5 minutes gave up and went inside expecting my pizza to now be cold. I waited behind two people in line, then when I gave my order they said it wasn’t ready yet and that it was just put in the oven. So after waiting five minutes on the phone, another five minutes in line; that’s 10 minutes that passed where the app said it was done but it wasn’t even cooked yet. This means the store is lying to meet your service level agreement timeframes. The pizza itself was ok but didn’t appreciate being lied to.

I honestly wish I could give the store no stars but without a star I can’t put a review. This store needs to be shut down. The employees have no idea what they’re doing. I ordered my food at 6 PM. I did not receive my food until 8:30 PM. When I try to call the store for an update on my order I called 13 times with no answer. When I finally received my food, I let the driver know I was missing a soda. He responded to me well call the store and I guess I’ll bring it back. I said to him I’ve been trying to call the store for an hour to get an update on my food and no one’s answering he didn’t looks at me and then says I guess I’ll bring it back and they never brings it back. So not only did I pay $57 for food. I didn’t receive all my food. I gave the driver a $10 tip and had to pay delivery fee for the food to take 40 minutes from leaving the store to get to my house my food was cold and disgusting. I didn’t have enough drinks for everyone Because the soda never came back and for an almost $5 dollar soda that’s ridiculous. Pizza Hut is not like it used to be I recommend to never even step foot in the store call the store and give them your money go somewhere else. This place is ridiculous and they don’t care.

Ordered a Pan meatlovers pizza with light sauce. Had the person read the order back. What did we get? A meatlovers with a cracker type flat crust and sugary tomato soup under the cheese. We don’t live close so tried to eat it even though we were irritated. It was awful, so much sauce you couldn’t taste the toppings and that crust was horrible. We had so looked forward to a pizza hut pizza and were so very much disappointed.

Both pizzas order 1 pan and 1 stuffed crust. I have a sneaking suspicion the stuffed crust was microwaved. Only time I’ve had a carb that was hard/tough in the middle, was when I overcooked it in the microwave. The pizza was unedible. The other pizza (pan) was meh.

Ordered the Big Pizza Box and it was definitely upsetting. Paid extra for chicken and bacon and it was all in the middle of the pizza. Ordered the Cinnabon and they are the minis??? Will not be ordering again.
