The chicken wings with tostones used to be the best in town. Even though, is not easy to deal with so many people, The cashier lady is rude. She makes customers feel like they’re begging for free food. The place seems to be clean but that’s just the area people can see. Also, prices are going up due to the demand. I don’t even go there anymore. When I crave Chinese food, I go straight to the Jumbo now call Regals Buffett.

The first time I went their, I ordered chicken wings and fried rice. The food came out so good, that I was bragging to everyone to go and get some delicious Chinese food, So on Sunday I went again and order food. they had me waiting for so long since it was so many people, when I got home open The food I was so disappointed!! the rice was over cooked didn’t look fresh at all, the chicken wings look old and beating yuck i will not go there no more..

The lady that takes the order maybe a little impatient at times but the amount of customers that come in this business are booming and may not be the most polite at them! Used to be best Chinese food in Reading. I used to love the egg rolls and rice. The last time I ordered the food was off and did not taste the same at all, I thought it may have been because I ordered late close to closing time. I ordered food again tonight and it was a waste of my money and drive there the food was horrible! They must have changed ownership or the same cook prepared my food twice. Chan’s recently changed owners and the food is still good. However, last time I went to pick up some takeout I witnessed the employees refuse a homeless man a cup of water. It was really heartbreaking and thankfully someone purchased him a drink, but they were extremely rude and dismissive of him. As a result, I will not be returning. I understand that it is difficult to deal with people frequenting your establishment and begging, but this establishment as well as most people, are more than able to give a human being in need of help some water. It’s just basic human kindness.
