I have always loved going to Old World Deli Aside of all the meals, Pizza and sandwiches They serve I love going for all of my Party Salads, they have a Variety to chose from, they also have a variety of Meats they can Freshly slice for you. This place never disappoints! I never walk out of here without grabbing some dessert. I got me a New York style hot dog with jalapenos on it. This dog has a whole lot of flava!! This was our first time here. Stopped by to have a cup of soup and a sandwich. We ordered the Italian wedding soup and the chili along with half California Grilled Cheese sandwich. The wedding soup was okay not a whole lot to say. The chili was mild but had lots of flavors. It really hit the spot on this rainy day. The California Grilled Cheese was excellent. It preserved the grilled cheese flavor plus added just enough other flavors to enhance it. Fresh sliced avocado, red onion and greens make it a bit more healthy to boot. The counter service was very helpful and cheerful. The soup was given to us immediately while they cooked the sandwich. It took longer than I expected to get the sandwich. So don’t start eating your soup or chili right away if you want to have it with your sandwich. Overall a good first visit and will likely come back and try something else.
