Do NOT eat a this location! It has really gone down hill since the new owner has taken over! I asked the gentleman at the register if it was his first time running a register because he was really having a hard time ringing up a basic pizza.He was very rude and told me he was the owner! The owner doesn’t even know how to run his own register. I than seen the so called owner start making pizza without washing his hands and no gloves.. I feel sorry for his staff. They are always working so hard and it seems they are always short staffed. It’s heart breaking to see a restaurant that used to be very pleasant to go and get a pizza. To what it has become.. The pizza I received had sauce all over it. The other pizza I ordered was a garden veggie. I watched them make it and when they used there hands to put on my veggies. There was water pouring off there hands and dripping right on my pizza. I took it home and they both baked terribly. My garden veggie was so soggy. I will never be returning to this location. Papa Murphy’s needs to find a new owner!

I want to give these guys a better review because they are always nice, helpful and the food is good. However, any time I order online for pick up at a later date, it’s never ready. I stand there for 10-15 minutes (in case they are just behind) then I ask about my order. I typically place it 2 to 3 hours in advance. They dig it out of some pile, move it to the front of the line and it’s ready in 5 to 10 minutes. It’s just frustrating. Don’t offer order ahead or online ordering if you aren’t going to honor the time stamp. I know they are super busy, and that’s why I order hours before I need it. Like I said, they are nice when I ask about my order, move it to the front of the line, but they definitely prioritize walk ins over everything else. Then why offer order ahead? I have 4 hungry humans to feed and I always prefer order ahead to get in and out as fast as possible. This has happened to me 4 separate times, so definitely not a fluke.

I asked for half pepperoni and half Canadian bacon and they put the pepperoni on most of the pizza I can’t have pepperoni or I will be sick!!! also the sauce was spilling over the sides having to wipe off alot of it all over the bottom the guy at the register couldn’t even run it and was frustrated

Clint is a wonderful new manager. My pizza had one ingredient wrong and he loaded up a new one for me free of charge and even offered me some free cookie dough. An excellent person with good judgment and character and I’m sure he will have success at this business. The pizza is always delicious and the employees are always so friendly! Thanks so much!!!!

I placed an order at 3:21 today for a pickup at 5PM. When my husband went to pick it up – it was not there. This is the second time that this has happened. However, when my husband asked why it wasn’t ready, he was told if he ordered at 3:21 he should have picked it up then, not when requested. Secondly, when my husband spoke with the manager about this being the second time this has happened, the manager was rude and disrespectful. When the pizza was finally prepared, the store manager said “no get out of here”, almost beligerently. Papa Murphy’s has now lost any of our future business.

I really like getting a pizza here. The staff always seems to be working hard and they’re friendly too! This place is always very clean and we really appreciate that, even before the pandemic I noticed and loved the cleanliness. Since covid they bring your pizza out to you! Or if you order online you just grab it off the shelf and they still greet you and tell you to have a great day! All in all, get a pizza here rather than an already cooked pizza from anywhere else, it’s way better and great service too!
