I had stopped because it was suggested so I did and I did not regret it. I had pulled pork and Mac n cheese and slaw I will visit it again. Poochy is a very nice hospitable man. Enjoyed talking to him! Yes I recommend it to all!

Big chicken wings. Good beans. Good mac n cheese. Clean place. Good people. Never had the rib tips before, and I never thought they would taste that good. I will be stopping by again if I ever get the chance.

The food is amazing. I have had the cat fish dinner, with collard greens, green beans, ghetto beans and fries and also the rib tips and the food is amazing and great value for money. My wife thinks the coleslaw is the best she has ever had. My new favorite place in Shelbyville.

Best greens in the area. Pulled pork, Mac n cheese, fries, green beans, and cabbage were all extremely delicious. Great customer service, the owner greeted us and helped decide what we should try. Everything was definitely home cooked and reasonably priced so great portion sizes! Looking forward to coming back!

Stopped by for the first time for a late lunch. Got samples of several sides and shredded pork and chicken and some beef tips. It was all good. Loved the homemade BBQ sauces. Collard greens and ghetto beans would make a rabbit hug a hound. Ordered chicken livers and a cod fish sandwich along with slaw. More than we could eat. We’ll be back. Thanks Poochie!

My husband stopped by one night to try out the place. A very friendly greeting as soon as he came in and they offered him any samples he wanted. We ordered the fish sandwich, cabbage, greens and cole slaw. My husband’s meal included fried livers, ghetto beans, green beans and mac and cheese. Everything was delicious and we will be back!

The BBQ was dry and had a big piece of bone in it. Got green beans, ghetto beans and Mac and cheese. The green beans were bland and still tasted like the can, the ghetto beans were so,so. The Mac and cheese was the only saving grace, it was delicious.
