I love DD for my coffee stop but I gave 3 stars for food, They always seem to be out of stuff. I gave 2 stars for service because it needs to be more friendly! Try smiling and listen to the customers instead of shutting the window at drive through after handing items. It’s like bye! Atmosphere is effected by the customer service. No one feels comfortable in a place that looks like no one wants to be there! Smile it doesn’t cost a dime! Overall is a 4 star because I love the coffee ☕️

Overall the service and atmosphere were great. The guy helped me pick a sweet iced drink which was OK. He even asked me to taste the drink before I left to make sure I like it bc if I didn’t he would make sure before I left I would be satisfied with my purchase. So this is the only reason I give the food a star rating. Just from the service and the atmosphere, I give this place a 4-star rating they know how to take care of their customers. Now what I did not like were the donuts. I got half a dozen just to taste 6 different ones. All were nasty at first bite, so I will stick to Krispy Kreme for my donuts and Starbucks for my iced white chocolate mocha drink . Sorry, Dunkin but I gave you all a chance.

Always fast service at this location! It is conveniently located. Customer service here is superb! We recommend the Butter Pecal iced coffee, salted caramel cold brew, hash browns, avocado toast, blueberry glazed donuts, frosted donuts, chocolate caramel donuts, and a 15/10 goes to the snackin’ bacon!! It’s absolutely delicious

Everyone inside working looked very unhappy with their job. I walked in to pick up a mobile order. Told them what I ordered. Just got looked at and ignored. I had to go through the drive thru to get my order. I know everyone has bad days and I should give the benefit of the doubt but to be heard and ignored just didn’t sit well with me

This is the slowest dunkin i have ever been to. Every time I have been, it take forever to get a coffee and 90% of the time it is not what you order. You could get more customer service out of a cardboard box then at the place!!!

Dunkin’ doughnut is always a great doughnut except for some reason this week. We asked for 1 dozen filled and what we received was 7 with out the filling. Mistakes happen but not with that many being missed. Very disappointing!

Parking lot is oddly shaped and with cars wrapped around lot it is almost impossible to park. Server was awful. Had to repeat order 3 times and he still screwed it up…and it was a simple order of 4 items with nothing unique. Tried ordering more food but apparently they didn’t prep enough food so they were out of taco shells, no avocado and some other ingredients for the food we tried ordering and it was 9AM. Avoid this store like the plague. Obviously poorly managed.

The girl running the drive thu was horrible. We asked for a dozen donuts she said she didn’t have that so we asked ok what can we get a dozen of she blew her breath and loudly told us what she had. THEN when we get to the window I ask for cream she slammed the window! When she open it back up I said what is wrong with you did we make you mad she stated I’m having a bad day. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. So, the girl running the drive thru April 1st at 4:20 needs fired…she is awful!
