I received excellent customer service from the manager and her team. Due to a shipping mishap, I needed to pick up an order for my company’s Thanksgiving potluck. Robin and her staff was wonderful to work with, fixed the issue with smiles and a lot of empathy. Thanks to the onsite staff my team will enjoy a wonderful potluck lunch.

My thanksgiving was ruin the ham was burnt; I didn’t even put it under the oven yet . I took it out the rapper and that is what I seen . My kids was expecting sweet honey ham but instead we had burnt ham . I always buy my ham here I’m a loyal customer. I should be treated with respect . This is unacceptable!

If you prepaid your order to a specific store and had to chose a specific time for pick up you can easily assume your order has been set aside – wrong. I literally went there 3 times today (the last one rightfully losing my composure) because they ran out of the roast turkey (after calling me to go pick up) at 6pm that I prepaid paid for 10 am pick up and I ended up leaving with the wrong style of turkey because it would have taken another 1:30 to get the right one.

Ordered my Christmas dinner at the University store in Sunrise. A ham with bone in. Made it VERY clear I wanted the bone. Get home, ham is boneless. Ordered mashed potatoes and green bean casserole for 6-7. Also made that VERY clear. Get it home, both items serve 4. When I walked in to pick up, 2 women behind the counter were yelling/fighting! Another lady and I almost walked out before they stopped. The man waiting on me never said a “hello” or offered any greeting or “thank you” etc. Unpleasant experience. I won’t return.

The Plantation location on university stated on their phone recording store hours opens at 6am and the store manager confirmed the store opens at 7am before entering the store. The manager was very unprofessional and gave know apology, but advised everyone to contact her corporate office.

The team at Honey Baked Sunrise, FL is very unprofessional. The people there are unremorseful and unempathic with their customer’s time and experience. Visited the store four days prior before this morning, and was never told a reservation and preorder was needed. There is nothing on corporate website nor at the physical store location. This has got to be one of the worst experiences before Thanksgiving. I tried calling the corporate number and their representatives were as nonchalant about the situation as the store representative. This is definitely not way to run a business and hope next holiday season they’re out of business. The manager hasn’t even had the common decency to speak with the customers waiting in line for hours.
