I can’t recall the last time I drank a protein shake as quickly as this one… I got a white chocolate Snickers protein shake with added coffee, which did not disappoint! This local business is worth checking out!

I LOVE this place! I get an energy tea a couple of times a week that gives me a great boost without the crash or sugar. I usually stop in anywhere from 1-3 times a week, trying something new every time and have yet to be disappointed with my order. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, environment is clean and drinks are delicious! I’ve also ordered the meals from Foods with Benefits and those have all been delicious as well. So glad they opened up!

The PB Latte was amazing. They were really nice too! The prices are outrageous though. $9 before tax for most drinks. That’s without any customizations. I loved the drink, but I will not return with prices that high.

The meal prep meals are wonderful and even better that it’s already premade and only need to warm up. The teas are amazing and gives me energy all day and doesn’t give me that crash. The owners are amazing people!
