Here is a picture of my “large” fry. They almost put enough fries in it for a small fry. There were not dumped fries in the bag. If this happened once I wouldn’t say anything, but this location consistently does this. It’s like the employees are trained to short the customer. UPDATE: Here is my bacon bagel with two half pieces of bacon. Complete waste of money. Go elsewhere.

Stopped here on my road trip (the same one I take 1-2 times a month and get McDonald’s. Never have stopped at one connected to a gas station. This is by far the best McDonald’s I have been to. Quick service. Friendly staff. The guy working the window genuinely asked about my day and listened to my answer. Food was so hot and fresh I almost burned my mouth because I’m so used to cold McDonald’s. Definitely making this one of the two stops on the way back and fourth now!

I ordered the tops/bread of the mcgriddle. I was charged 3.79 for the bacon, egg cheese, sandwich special request minus no bacon, no egg no cheese. 2 of them. Basically I paid for the sandwich got 2 peices of bread. I paid for it thinking i paid alot for my breakfast….as I was waiting in line for my food for 10 mins I started to look at the receipt. I went back up to tell the cashier, McDonald’s just sales the mcgriddle patties/bread. I do it all the time. He said sorry. No money back or let me get the manager and make this right. I stood there and looked at him. I am very quick to react if i feel i am right but I just walked away because he is a kid and it was fathers day. I don’t like being overcharged 4 dollars. I grabbed my food and they forgot my large orange juice. Diamond said she would get it for me. Check out pictures Of receipt….

So I went in to order a combo meal I told the young girl what I wanted and as she was ringing me up she says that she accidentally pushed the managers button and that my meal was going to be free and that she was sorry I said oh no don’t be that’s good so I went to sit down and wait for my food 30 minutes later I never got my food so I went back up to Al’s the girl what’s up and she informed me that my food has been thrown away sorry and I said so I don’t get any food ?? Long story short her manager looks at me and says it will be right out and when I did get my food it was just some patty’s slapped on a bun no sauce no nothing and the fries where hot all in all this place really sucks on customer service!!

Absolutely the worse Macdonald’s I have ever been to. The “manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. T I work with the public and there are manners like n which you talk to customers arguing with them that your employee didn’t make an error is wrong. Mistakes happen own it make it right and move on don’t argue over a wrong order. Maybe this is why I usually go to Loves truck stops I have had better service all the way around.
