Quick service for a well made drink. I ordered the Large Frozen coffee with Butter Pecan flavor. There were a few cars in front of me, but the line moved at a steady pace. I had several errands to run into stores that morning and I was pleasantly surprised that my drink stayed cold in the car even though I couldn’t drink it all in one go.

Went through the drive thru. Ordering was quick and easy. My drink was ready when I got up to the window after ordering. I have been to this location when they are busy but they keep the line moving at a steady pace. Drinks have all been good!

Thought the “new management“ would’ve changed the service at this location. Unfortunately, it still takes 15 minutes in the drive-through to get a simple coffee. It’s as if they are surprised when people order coffee or donuts at 7 AM. Staff has no sense of urgency.

This business is suffering. We went through the drive thru, ordered, arrived at the window and were ignored for several minutes. We finally honked horn, were acknowledged and were told the drive thru was closed. It took several minutes again to explain we had already ordered. Apparently, the manager closed the drive thru and told workers to ignore those in it. That’s great and all but we had ordered and were waiting. The following week we tried again. This time we went inside and were ignored along with the rest of the people in line. Left with nothing. This is a shameful operation.

There is a lack of management here. If there isn’t something wrong with your order, your ice coffee will be 99% ice. I finally decided to write a review today because the entire store was out of eggs and caramel…. Dunkin, please find competent management for this location.
