I am not sure if it is Tony or Toni, but either way Tony was really nice to me when I visited here a few days ago. The place looked clean. They were out of jelly donuts. Apparently their jelly donuts went from being not so popular to an overnight sensation it seems. Their jelly donuts might have wings since they seem to be flying off the shelves. Now you might be lucky if you can buy one. They don’t have a senior discount; however, they do offer a military discount. Not all of the Dunkin Donut stores are good, but this particular one is really good. I love Tony’s personality. He definitely shines.

It was terrible they did not make my bagel with cream cheese they did not put cream in two of the drinks and messed up the donut order. It was not very good service at all. Also the hot chocolate was absolutely horrible it taste like water.

Possibly the worst service I have ever had. After going through the drive through and receiving my order wrong twice, I went inside and went to the register to be given the right drink in the wrong sized cup. The guy then made it seem as if I was the one responsible for the wrong size and asked me “Is this the size” very rudely. I’m sorry you’re to dumb to know what a medium cup is. The staff was extremely rude including the drive thru staff. All together I waited a total of an hour just to receive the 2 items I originally ordered

Absolute terrible customer service. I stopped in yesterday to see what I needed to do to order 2 dozen donuts for my son’s Christmas party today, because I was in charge of snacks. I asked if I needed to place an order then, I was told to put my order in through the mobile app. So I did that evening, that way they knew ahead of time how many I needed. Money was taken out of my account instantly. This morning I’m watching the order tracker, it says my order is complete and ready for pick up. Cool. so excited because I know the first graders are gonna be pumped over Christmas donuts! I get there and tell them my order. 2 minutes later she comes back out and says, “you needed to call 3 hours ahead of time and it’s first come first serve, we don’t have any donuts”. Now I’m upset because I’m gonna have a class of kids with no snack for their party. She proceeds to tell me I’m basically out of luck and they can’t do anything. After I asked MULTIPLE times the night before what I needed to do to ensure there is enough time and resources to fill the order. I was assured the order would be ready through the mobile app. Just continued to tell me they don’t do orders like that. We left without donuts for the party. Very disappointing.

Worst Dunkin ever. Terrible customer service almost every time I’ve been there. The majority of employees clearly don’t care about their jobs or take pride in their work. Half of the time the donuts taste old. The other half they have barely any options. From now on my family will all gladly travel elsewhere to get fresh donuts and better customer service, most likely at less cost as well.

I keep trying to give this place a chance because it’s close to my house and I’m a big Dunkin’ Donuts fan. I’ve never experienced a worse Dunkin’ store. The employees are rude and I have not had one good experience there. I either receive the wrong items or it’s not made the way I asked for it. Today I came in to eat rather than go through the drive thru and ordered a sandwich for my toddler. It was burnt to a crisp. I had to take it back. They remade it and it came out like the second picture, falling apart. I had to disassemble the sand which so he could actually eat it. Get it together please, I love Dunkin’ and want to be able to go here!! I think hiring some adults would be a good idea.
