DO NOT ORDER HERE. I ordered from here on a Tuesday night at 9:00. My order began quality check at 9:48. But for an hour an a half thats what they did?!?!? Then when my food gets here the driver rudely says” No tip?” NO IT TOOK YOU 2 hours !! And to top it all off they must not have had Alfredo sauce. My pasta and pizza are as dry as the box it comes in! A simple call to tell someone would have been nice

This was my first online order with Domino’s. It was easy to order and pickup was quick. My hand tossed Buffalo Chicken Pizza with Black olives was amazing. The medium pizza was enough so that i got 2 meals out of it. A friend told me is was 50% off for pizzas. I will definitely be ordering again.

Horrible service, quality continues to drop at THIS location, upper management offered free pizza due to issues but of course no one can find confirmation of that free pizza buutt looking at these recent reviews, I’m much better WITHOUT Domino’s in my life anywayz. Please do not place a delivery order with this location. I should have looked at the reviews before I placed my order. Dominos has a wonderful tracker in the app that you can follow for your order…my tracker stated my order had been delivered but it never arrived…Called the store Carlos told me the driver would be there shortly but would not tell me what happened. 20 minutes later the order was still not here…so I called again and he put me on hold twice, both times I was hung up on. At this point I called back and told him to cancel my order. I usually do a pickup from the flower hill location but didn’t want to leave because of the rain…well lesson learned! Also even as I’m cancelling my order Carlos is still stating the driver will be there shortly….it’s been an hour and a half since I placed the order and driver is still not here…lol

If only I could give this a 0 store review. I made an order at 6:27 and the estimated time was 23-33min. So I started checking the tracker at 6:50 only to see that the delivery person was driving around the street from 6:53-7:18. Didn’t call me once. Then it said delivered at 7:18. My order wasn’t at my house… I called the store 4x to no answer then on the 5 try the person who answered told me “sometimes when you order on the app it takes longer” so I told him I ordered online and to look up my order. He repeated the same thing then eventually looked up my order & said he couldn’t find it. So I asked for a refund & he got his manager who then told me the order was delivered and that they had called me which is false I had zero communication. He then backtracked & said the delivery person just arrived which was also false. What a terrible experience since they made it seem it was my fault the order was missing. Order with caution.
