I always wonder why nobody ever eats at Hardee’s after breakfast. Tonight I see why, I went in at 7:45 and ordered my meal it was the new chicken tender BLT and it took a few extra minutes because they cook the chicken fresh. I’m fine with that…I sit down and start eating my delicious sandwich and the front counter employee comes over and tells me I have to leave!!! It was 8 o’clock and he needed to lock the doors. I needed about 3 minutes to finish my meal…I looked at him and said “you’ve got to be kidding?” He checked with the manager again and he said “no, you have to leave. We lock up at 8!” Wow…what a knucklehead policy. Throw your customers out at 8oclock. Don’t let them finish their meal. Also…BOTH bathrooms were out of order and locked up. This place is a dumpster fire. Thank goodness we have another location that cares about their customers on the other side of Tullahoma. I will go there for my breakfast needs from now on…and do like everyone else does for dinner…go somewhere else….where they don’t have policy of throwing you out at 8:00pm on the dot if you are finished eating or not. Terrible management. Do better!

I love this Hardee’s. There are 2 of them in my town but I love this one. They are always friendly and helpful. The managers are always helpful anytime I have ever had a problem. Which is hardly ever. Always good to start my day off with a fresh biscuit or end it with some chicken tenders. Love it. I recommend this Hardee’s over the other one anyway. I will be back for sure.

Tables and floor were dirty in dining area. The manager along with just about the entire crew were standing out with the seated manager. Her paperwork was across several tables. A customer pulled up to the drive thru, a headset employee hanging with the staff asked the customer to wait (a while) before returning the rear area. This drive-thru customer was asked to pull up, sat there in the spot the entire time we are our meal, and I eat slowly. The customer looked angry & I don’t blame her. Poor customer service led by poor managing skills.

It’s alright. I didnt know i had to specify sausage gravy when I order a gravy biscuit. I love the chicken biscuit as well. Long lines but they move pretty fast. Bring back the turkey jalapeño burger and sweet potato fries!

2 great experiences once ordering breakfast to go. Cashier was very pleasant and smiled while taking my order which was fresh and fast. Great experience! Dinner at the drive thru was equal the young man was friendly and attentive while taking my order. The food was hot and fresh again. Good job Hardee’s your staff is doing an excellent job and that’s nice! Keep up the good work.

This Hardees location is special and really worth a little side trip in my opinion. The food is always hot and fresh with little or no wait and the service has always been friendly. We live 30 minutes away and every time we shop in Tullahoma and want Hardees we pick this one at 335 W Lincoln St, !

Food was very good but they had a sign in the window that said if you order a large meal, you get a chance for instant prizes on you cup. When we asked the employee about the cup after we paid, he said let me check and when he returned, he said we don’t have any. The only reason we upsizes was the sign said instant prizes. We didn’t realy need or want the extra food but thought it would be fun. We said that you might want to take the big sign in the window as you enter the door. They did not.

I know better than to go inside for breakfast when the drive-thru looks too long. They ignore people at the counter while they serve drive-thru customers so they can meet their metrics. I’ll go to the other Hardee’s in town from now on.
