Amazing food and service!!! If you want good Italian food for a nice date night, or pizza dinner with the family after a long work day – go to Guilano’s!! Fresh ingredients with plenty of variety for everyone. And staff is extremely attentive and caring! This place makes you feel like you’re truly part of the community. I moved away 7 years ago but still eat here when I visit Chicago! Each time the food is just as good (if not better) than I remembered. The owners, Mick and Cathy, take great pride in the business and it shows. The Location is perfect and the restaurant atmosphere is so inviting!! They owners have remodeled over the years so everything is fresh, up to date and most importantly CLEAN!!!

Giuliano’s is our go to place in the western suburbs. The food never disappoints. The pizza is fantastic. The burger is incredible. What’s funny though, is that my favorite dish here is the carrot appetizer (just try it and you will see what I mean).

I’ve been here multiple times with friends and family and order the Rigatoni a la Vodka every time. Even though it’s a pizza place, I think this pasta dish is the best thing on the menu. The sauce is very creamy and has a great tomato flavor with parmesan and herbs to top it off. The sauce also clings onto the pasta really well. Vodka pasta is one of my favorite foods and Giuliano’s makes it better than anywhere else. A large portion is also provided and is well worth the $14. If you’re coming here, definitely give it a try. The last time I had it was for my birthday in November last year, and I hope the recipe never changes. I’m looking forward to having it again soon.

Stumbled onto this place on accident before tonight’s Hinsdale C football game. Atmosphere was great. Pasta dishes were outstanding. Finally, for a downtown Hinsdale restaurant, the prices were really reasonable. Would drive from Naperville again for this dining experience.

First, their Tavern Style Thin Crust Pizza was excellent. It’s cracker crust was crispy and flavorful. The sauce and cheese had a great ratio that complemented each other. The sauce itself was even and seasoned well. It wasn’t overpowering and there wasn’t a need to add anything onto a very good pie.

I’ve been here twice, had two different servers, and both were outstanding. The service is definitely a 5. There is not a bar area, which is a knock on the place but overall, a cute ambiance of traditional pizza pub style with a twist of some modern art. The artist is the sister of someone who works there and I enjoy her take on Italian and dining scenes. They bring out warm, crusty bread with butter and oil and cheese but they also have this house made garlic spread that might as well be called crack. They also have a decent wine selection, albeit, not large but some known options. On Mondays and Tuesdays they have half priced bottles that they will bag if unfinished. Their pizza is very good. The crust is thin and crispy. The sauce is savory and not too much. And their ingredients are fresh, plentiful and cut into large enough pieces to taste but not too large that they are bulky. I’m a fan!

Giuliano’s is our go-to family restaurant for good food and nice, clean, warm atmosphere with friendly staff. We went here for Father’s Day with multiple ages and everyone loved their meal. Since we loved it, we’ve been back a few times ever since. Our go-to apps include the charred carrots (delish!) and brussel sprouts. For dinner, our younger diners love the Vodka Rigatoni. The pizzas are so good for a larger group. But a complete surprise – for those not ordering Italian – is the Prime Burger. OMGosh, so good! Such a nice secret place hidden in the Hinsdale downtown.

It was good but disappointed still. My zucchini sticks didn’t come with the dipping sauces as it stated it would. Also I asked for extra marinara sauce and I got extra sun dried tomato instead. Like a lot of sun dried tomato.
