Elevated Comfort at The Hen and The Hog. I had their chorizo Burger, H&H Cheeseburger, as well as their pork belly and tomato soup with grilled cheese. The burgers were cooked to perfection, seasoned wonderfully, and packed with great flavors. The chorizo burger and H&H cheeseburger were definite highlights. The pork belly was slightly overdone for my taste and could have used a bit more seasoning, but it was still enjoyable.. I mean who doesn’t like pork belly? The grilled cheese paired with the tomato soup was absolutely delightful and is a must try. While the establishment doesn’t offer any beers on tap or cocktails, they do have an intriguing variety of canned/bottles available. I will for sure be back to try more of the menu to include the cannolis and breakfast food.

Amazing food! We had a burger and the special of the day, two very different dishes. Both were fantastic. This chef makes great flavoring choices. For example, here I got melted gruyere cheese in what other places might serve as mushroom Swiss burger. The shrimp special was in a very unique sauce. It was very flavorful. We chose to eat outdoors and noticed several multigenerational families here, so truly they serve dishes for all ages and palates.

Our friends really love this restaurant and invited us for our first time. We were very impressed with the service. Despite how busy it got later on a Friday night, we were immediately greeted, seated and drink orders placed. It’s small but quaint and well worth a visit.

Arrived at 8:30 on a Wednesday. Just off the plane and raced over as reviews sounded tasty. They would not serve closing early. Kinda mad but I do understand. So I went to Neighbors Bar and Grill. What a find. Great saloon atmosphere and great food. Boasted chicken was the best.

Came here this morning & loved our breakfast! Sausage & gravy seems to be made from scratch. Our server was friendly. Menu is simple, but too shelf ingredients. Can’t wait to return 🙂 (the cinnamon bun is a must try!)

Nothing spectacular to say about this place or the food but nothing bad either…. the food we choose to try today, MN wontons were about the best of our choices, also had Chorizo burger, but they both lacked any real flavor whatsoever, very bland even with all the extras in the burger it was just blah….

Great food and reasonable prices. Definitely recommend the wings for appetizers. I also love their Flaming Hen Burger. The staffs are friendly too. Also for family dining out with young kids, there is no changing table in the restroom but one of them does have a long bench.

If you don’t like extreme spice, keep scrolling. This review is not for you. For those who like “hot” menu items to be something more than MN hot, order the The Flaming Hen with atomic sauce. It’s actually hot. Yum!

So take this as you will, I think we had a new server but our experience was AWFUL. First off we asked for a couple minutes to decide and Todd didn’t come back for a good 20 minutes. We ordered and I asked for a side of ranch to which he rudely declared “I don’t understand what you’re trying to do with the ranch.” I then saw a family of 4 sit next to us with a different waitress and she was all smiles and seemed to be doing a great job. This family ordered AFTER us with more people and got their food before ours. My wife went to ask for our food to go because at this point (a chicken sandwich, a salad, and a grilled chicken breast) we have now been waiting for about 45 min. During that time not 1 time did Todd come over and ask if I needed a refill on water… I did. Or update us on why our food was taking so long. I finally had enough and went to the front to pay and get my things to go. If someone is not ready to serve on their own maybe management should have them following around a capable server. I’m not telling anyone I know to go there and I’m from the area.
