We walked inside and the lobby area was dirty such as the tables, the floor, and it had an awful smell in the like urine. I will never come here again. I can’t believe people are eating at the location. Health department please go do a visit. After all of this, we hurriedly walked out of this place and fried chicken at home.

I was at this Popeye’s the other day, had a coupon for a 10 piece mixed. I made the mistake of not checking the order before I left. The coupon said 10 piece mixed, that means dark & white meat chicken. I only had thighs,wings and drumsticks, no breast. On top of that they shorted me 2 pieces of chicken and one biscuit. This is not the first time this has happened. If this is the way ya’ll are going to treat your customers, I will start going to your competitors.

Im starting to feel like I come here to much. I live 45 minutes away from this store, but I have to go back to get my credit card. The drive thru cashier didn’t give it back. I need all restaurants to give customers back their change or credit cards before you proceed with anything else!!!
