My food is always ok, never real bad or real good. Sometimes maybe pretty damned good. But the customer service I get at the drive through has ALWAYS been exceptional..So even if my food was not what I expected, it’s overlooked due to the great customer service I’ve received from from younger and older people at this store. I hope this continues and gets even better..I’ll keep calling coming just for that reason.

I ordered off the Burger King app a very simple order of two fries and two orders of chicken fries. total of four items no drinks… once I receive confirmation then my order was accepted per the app. I drove to the Burger King when I got there I pulled up told them my order number in the Drive-Thru…. they said okay pull around I go around to the window and they take a very long time just to get to me and then when they do get to the window I show them my phone and the order number and everything….. employee said well we don’t have that order in our system. I said well it’s right here so then she looks at my phone then she shuts the window… and then she comes back 5 minutes later ask again for my phone to look at the order a second time… so I showed it to her again then she says well we don’t have that in our system so then I told her that I had already paid for my order and I showed the receipt in the app so then she closes the window so I’m waiting there at the window for 45 minutes for a simple order of four items finally I get my bag and I head home never will I come here again to order food they don’t know what they’re doing

Ordered ahead 6 mins on mobile app still waited another 10 min at location with not one other customer in the store or drive threw. Lazy slow employees rather stick tongues out at echother joking and giggling at one another while I’m waiting.

I gave 1 star but would have given a zero each time I been here. Extra money was taken off my card this last time they took a $1.50 extra off my credit card, and the service was horrible. I will not come back there anymore.

The employees are very friendly and helpful, I’ve never had a bad experience here regarding the quality of food, at times they may be a little slow due to being short staffed, but the food has always came out hot for me, I greatly appreciate being remembered when I visit regularly.

This Burger King was a surprise to me. I don’t eat fast food often, but we had a hungry kiddo, so we went with the closest and easiest option. This BK lounge was open, so we came inside to eat quickly. I was pleasantly surprised.

Well first of all, I love Whoppers, but it seems like all the Burger King’s I go to have really bad customer service. So please if a manager sees this talk to your staff teach them a thing or two about customer service and how to be polite… Went with my family to check this Burger King out because like I said I can’t find a good Burger King anywhere they all have super bad employees and are either filled with homeless people or dirty inside out, but that’s not the point here, the problem was that I went to get me a whopper combo and told them no mayo no ketchup and add bacon and cheese, so what happens they give it to me with Mayo and ketchup so I go back and tell them I’m sorry but my order is wrong so they take my whopper to (fix it) and bring it out with no Mayo no ketchup but also no bacon and no cheese so I go back to ask for my bacon and cheese and the lady making the food is yelling from the back of the kitchen “I put it on it, I know I put it on it, so I tell her ma’am so where is it if you put it on it and she just gives me a nasty look, like really I don’t want free bacon or cheese, I paid for it cause I wanted to enjoy a nice dinner but it got ruined cause these workers think I want to get free bacon and cheese, come on people! So yeah that’s my complaint thanks, bye!
