I had gotten food from here previously and every time it has been phenomenal. However this time it was different obviously. I brought the food back to my workplace for dinner and handed my coworker her share of the food. 3 bites in she noticed a roach in the food. I called 2 times trying to be civil and not let the world know, maybe they could figure out the problem internally, but both times I was handed off to a manager who either hung up, or left the phone sitting on their desk. Disgusting. 1 lost customer, and be sure to heed this warning.

Usually I order thru Door Dash, but lately the food seemed to suck at best. So we decided to go to Shanghai and get our food…guess what…food is still horrible and the service is even worse. Noodles are still sticky…and you can’t get what you ask for. I don’t see how this place stays in business, unless it’s frequented by those who have never had GOOD Chinese food. My dogs will enjoy this garbage…thank God they’re not in the Lo-mein!

The food is delicious, and the sweet and sour chicken I order every time has never disappointed me. Especially this time, it was incredibly tasty. The staff’s attitude was warm and friendly too.

I ordered hot and sour soup and had to throw it away. It was watered down and made incorrectly. I paid $3.85 for a mystery soup in a plastic container. I told them to learn how to make it before they sell it. To find a better resturant go to “Ichiban” in Leesburg. You will ❤️ it

The food was fresh and delicious, the service was friendly and enthusiastic, and the environment was clean and comfortable. I ordered General Tso’s chicken, chicken lo mein and kung pao chicken. Every dish was well cooked and had a generous portion. The staff was polite and attentive. I think this Chinese restaurant is very worth recommending. I will come again next time.

I ordered Bourbon chicken w/vegetable rice. It looked like chicken pieces with gravy, nothing Bourbon about it. They gave me white rice(no flavor) and no vegetables. A waste of 11.00. I did not enjoy it nor will I order from here again.

I ordered sesame chicken which it wasn’t, the chicken was hard and found a bone in a piece, absolutely terrible. My husband ordered general toso, also terrible not spicy at old. The chicken is old, a shame, ordered from them before and it was good.

Got General Tso’s chicken, egg fu young, shrimp egg rolls and crab rangoons. The egg fu young was soso, crab rangoons needed more filling and the shrimp egg rolls were delicious. However would not recommend their general Tso’s chicken. It’s mostly dry pieces of fried batter and if you are lucky to get a piece of chicken, it’s so over fried its like chewing saw dust, so dry. Sad because I love general tso’s. Definitely needed more sauce with it as well.

The food was fresh and delicious. The egg rolls were excellent. The prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend them for value and cuisine. It is unfortunate that lazy sorry people who are unwilling to work that it short staffs hard working owners and other staff such as this establishment and elsewhere. Cudos to this restaurant for keeping the quality of their food etcetera up to fine standards one should expect in a great restaurant.

Orange chicken tso chicken and hot and sour soup all tasted like straight soy sauce. Took one bite out of each entree and threw away. Will not order from here again.
