The worst experience in my whole life and in any restaurant in any country I’ve been to. The food is OK it took an hour to have a sandwich and the service is terrible. Never being treated with such rudness by any manager. The chain should select better its employees

My last hurrah for Buffalo food this trip! Beef on Weck that had the hottest horseradish I’ve ever had. It was like it had ghost pepper in it. The beef was thinly sliced, tender with just the perfect amount of au jus on the side. Macaroni salad was the perfect quantity too. I highly recommend this on your way out of Buffalo in the Airport.
