Every time I come to Boise Towne Square Mall I eat here. Just FYI I don’t get here very often. 1-4x per year. Over the past two decades it’s changed hands 1-2 times. Today I noticed the cook working really hard at the grill. They were busy she seemed like the manager. Cost is about $10 per plate $3 for large drink we ordered 5 meals. The girl at the counter took money, Handled the food containers and constantly picked at her nose ring. GROSS. NO HAND WASHING IN BETWEEN. She also prepped our drink and lid. Also gross. She was nice but that has nothing to do with working w food. She worked on the grill while they waited for the guy to come back. When he walked in the area HE IMMEDIATELY washed his hands. But it only takes once and I don’t want gross stuff in my food. She needs some training on keeping her hands off her face. They also have removed mushrooms from the chicken. So it’s just chicken. Flavor is also lacking a bit. Did we still eat yes. Hope it all is safe. Food still looks fabulous and I may or may not return.
