Skimped on ingredients. I literally had nothing to eat. I almost didn’t call back but when I did, Hayden blamed it on the government. All I was requesting was that the complaint be sent up the chain. He spoke of their inventory declining, of other restaurants cutting back, the government. Not only is he incapable of talking to intelligent people, he is argumentative. A Sam’s pizza would be much better. You can keep your $3. Some slices only had one piece of sausage. I kept trying to explain to him how they were conveniently located, etc. I wasn’t even angry until I spoke to him. I was simply trying to help by giving feedback to channel up the chain. I even told him I would rather pay more and actually have something to eat. I ended up scraping the dried out ingredients off and eating them along with a few bites of dough. Wake up!

I’m an out of town worker who just drove up to the area from far Southeast Houston. Didn’t feel like going to a sit down restaurant so I ordered carryout through the app so I could eat in my hotel room. Went through the process and got the notification that the order was ready. I drove to pick it up and it looked like it was closed. This was before 9 pm and the sign on the door said it closed much later. I could see employees in there sitting around. I pull up the number to call and surprise surprise no answer. Should at least have the professionalism to reach out to the customer and let them know the order can’t be completed for x reasons. Doesn’t matter if you’re paid minimum wage or on salary. Totally unacceptable
