It’s been a while since I’ve ordered piza from Papa John’s, but I have done so a couple of times lately, and so far, I haven’t been disappointed. The food is typical fast food pizza, and it has met or exceeded my expectations. The real surprise from this location is the service. It has been excellent and the staff has been super friendly. My deliveries have been quick and typically arriving before the estimated delivery time. Tried the papadia’s and I really like them. The pizza has always been good.

I’ve let this place slide several times on overcooking my pizza but I am tired of paying these prices and getting poor quality food. I always choose standard bake and I shudder at what you get if you choose well baked because for me this is on the verge of being burnt. Crust taste overwhelms taste of rest of pizza making this very untasty. Manager should have just stopped and let me send her the pic but then no wants to start giving me the same old song and dance of oven temperature being consistent for all. Maybe that is true but PIZZA COULD HAVE BEEN LEFT IN OVEN TOO LONG. This place can feck all the way off as there are many places to get pizza in this area. Attaching a picture so you be the judge of if this is how brown you think the bottom of your pizza should be. I don’t!

Best ny style crust and ingredients in a chain restaurant ..but no hairnets or beardnets and not enough hand washing…you handle money then make a pizza..no wash..or touch your face and nose…no wash then make a pizza.. Dirty ceiling vents .. This is close quarters and germs spread quickly

I had placed a order and was told what time frame the pizza would come the pizza was rushing late but I did call the store and talked to Mattey a manager and she gave me a discount for the pizza and wings I ordered I really appreciate that it shows compassion thats the type of people you need to run your business food was amazing real good no complaints at all

I really like papa John’s pizza my favorite pizza. But the papa’s in S.E Roanoke isn’t it. It’s a bunch of children working there in the evenings anyways. They not clean and they don’t wash their hands. They sit on the tables right next to the table they make pizzas on. This location needs training on how to be professional and clean and adult supervision. Somebody going to get sick eating from there

Got my order and the label on the box shows I ordered (and paid for) stuffed crust but the pizza in the box is NOT stuffed crust. I’ve called and waited on hold multiple times with no answer. I guess it’s the cost of a lesson learned. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
