Did an online order and not sure who was in charge today but the service was just the worst. Did a pick up order. Drove all the way home only to find out we were not even given our food right. I call and I’m placed on a hold then told come back with the food to confirm we weren’t given the wings. It sounded like a teen on the phone. Which explains the lack of customer service. No apology. We drive all the way back they check at this point that food is cold, they just hand it back and then we wait an additional like 35 min to get the 15 wings we didn’t get in the first place. I mean didn’t even offer to say we know this food is probably cold now let’s make it right. And get you fresh. Nope. Like I said it seemed as if there was no manager on duty.

I’m not sure why whenever you come here you have to literally wait inside for 30 minutes. Why they throw out everybody’s to go orders just because they’re getting it through. DoorDash doesn’t mean they should get their order first I got here and literally watched them make five orders before they gave me my food at my table. Ridiculous Guy walks in they immediately hand to go order they just made and he is out the door. Do not come here for lunch break you will be highly disappointed. Anyone here ever think of assigning someone to doing to go orders only !?!?!?!

OK I just walked in to the wrong Wingstop ( the one next to the Kroger on Fairmont ) to pick up my meal because I was not Aware they had 2 wingstops on the same street. So that was my bad…. HOWEVER, when I walked in. There were 3 guys standing in the back where they cooked the chicken and no one at the front and I stood there for a minute and then I asked for assistance. They all stopped talking, looked at me And then proceeded to continue their conversation as if I was non-existent. I then drove to the other location… Next to the Mattress firm further down on fairmont and had a great experience.

Almost every time I come here everything is perfectly cooked except the French fries. I always get them well done with extra seasoning and every now and then they are soft and hardly have any seasoning. Other than that this one of the best Wingstop I’ve been too. I come here at least once a week.
