DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! The food is not fresh-period!! My chicken fingers were so hard I opened it up to find old already fried chicken that was dipped in batter and fried again-HORRIBLE. When I called there was no remedy at all. The guy just said “oh sorry”. Me too because you will never see another dime from me- this place was a ONE & DONE!

Their food can be ordered and delivery within 5 minutes cuz they reheat food that has been cooked several times. I kept saying please give me fresh food. Threw it all away, all $55 worth. Bread was good.

I order from here all of the time but this time, the food wasn’t fresh at all. I am a chef. U can tell it was reheated. Rice was nasty, spring roll had no crunch, chicken fingers, beef teriyaki & boneless ribs were ughhh. Like everything was reheated after being sat out for God knows how long except for the chicken wings, ribs and scallion pancakes. Oh! And I placed the order online and they were at my door in 20mins. Now, u tell me, was all of that gonna be done in 10mins? Nahhhh Better off just going to the one in Holbrook. Definitely fresh every time .

This place is legit a rip off!!!! They gave me 3 different totals for a plate of food and didn’t want to take my card over the phone… Then I get the food and I asked for chicken wings and got fingers, asked for beef teriyaki and got boneless spareribs. I called and spoke with someone and they said they tried to reach out to me and tell me but didn’t want to fix the issue. Whoever Albert is has no type of customer service and ALWAYS interrupts you while you speak. I wi’ll never recommend this place to ANY ONE!!!
