Lady who was working “didn’t catch her name” was rude . wrongly she got my order when I told her that’s not what I order she through it away as she got annoyed and start making my order while she’s holding cleaning supplies on the other hand . I got hot latte and it was the worst I’ve ever taste from Starbucks in the whole world. Some people need to learn the skills of how to serve customers even if it’s close to the end of their shift .

Jewel is honestly my hero. She went above and beyond by paying for my drink and sandwich when my card was declined, and when I offered to Venmo her back for it she told me not to worry about it- I honestly could’ve cried. Plus my drink was delicious 🙂

Placed order online . order went to the wrong store. Reordered at tri country.aweful bacon not chrispy over heating bread so it was chewy and couldn’t eat it .thrown in bag so it will as mashed. . guess I will have to drive 10 miles to the next one . never had a issue there .

As always, a most delicious experience. I would highly recommend a visit if you have never been. Your wallet will be a little lighter but the coffee and the sedate atmosphere are well worth the price of admission.
