On May 28th we went to Taco Bell in Westminster MD. We are vegetarian. We ordered Nacho fries and Combo9 (Mexican Pizza and 2 crunchy taco supreme) with Beans (instead of Beef) and requested them not to cut the Mexican Pizza. When we received our order it was all BEEF! When we returned it the store manager, Dustin, came to the register to help us. Did not talk to me properly, was not at all apologetic, yelled from the cash register “guys you made vegetarian order with beef” told us food will be out and walked away.

I am extremely disappointed came in to Taco Bell ordered $40 worth of food got three Doritos Locos tacos check the bag and they’re hard tacos. I asked them they said we’re out but never told me and on top of that the tacos were mushy and barely any meat not coming here anymore. And on top of that, the workers were very unprofessional.

Horrible service. Pepsi was flat & warm. We were overcharged for our food. One employee slammed the window in our face when we asked about the discrepancy on the receipt. Rudest service we have ever had at a drive thru and that’s saying a lot. Did I mention they didn’t give us any napkins? Just saying,tacos are messy.

Amazing Vegetarian fast food! Blown away at how delicious my $2 Fiesta Veggie Burrito was. I made a pickup order through DoorDash, arrived at the store and was happy to see that my food was ready on-time; I ordered a Watermelon Berry Lemonade Freeze as well, and they waited until I arrived to prepare it which I am pleased with, as it wasn’t left to sit and thaw before I got to the store. Excellent attention to detail and very friendly staff. I am also a Dasher and I frequently stop here to pick up orders – staff treats me well and the food is almost always prepared quickly (typically within 5 mins).

After going to this Taco Bell multiple times, I can attest that it is a horrible location. The employees talk loud and use curse words while customers (including children) are eating in the restaurant. No sense of professionalism at all. Not one employee has been at register the last 3 times I came in, which forces me to order through the kiosk since no one bothers to help the customers. The last time I was there, 4 people came in after me and ended up getting served before me. After waiting over 20 minutes for my food, I ended up waving down an employee to get their attention, and they told me they accidentally handed my food to another customer and that they would re-make it. WHY did the kiosk ask for my name if they don’t bother to call out names when they hand out food? Clearly they just handed it to a random customer. TERRIBLE management and terrible service. Will no longer be giving you guys my business, which is a shame because I love Taco Bell food. But the service is so incredibly awful that it’s not worth my time going there. Shame on you guys.

the little girl That works the drive thru window definitely doesn’t belong in a customer service position. Trying to make me pull around the building a second time because I had a mobile order on top of the order I made upon arrival. CRAZY! Maybe working the line and preparing the food away from paying customers would be a better option? Just a thought!

3 stars is generous, 2 stars would be more fair. Everytime I come it’s the same thing the Baja blast taste funny imo compared to taco bells that are nicer, and my tacos always come out terrible.
