The Cholula Sweet and Spicy chicken burrito I got was tasty but the ingredients were not well distributed within the burrito matrix. Service was fine if a little unengaged, and it didn’t take long. They were out something basic, I can’t recall, maybe jalapenos. That was a bit off putting. A little pricey for what it was but I’d go back if it wasn’t my own treat and a friend wanted to try it.

I am a frequent customer at this Qdoba and typically have had a good experience. However, my last couple of visits have left me less than satisfied. It seems as if they are too short staffed and not adequately stocked to keep up with the high demand of the traffic they experience during their peak hours. Today was the last straw as they didn’t even have enough food to completely fill my bowl.

My order is always wrong and I don’t get my items that I paid for. This has happened 3 times now when ordering online kids meals for my kids. Either the order is completely missing or parts of it isn’t in there. Love qdoba but won’t order unless we eat inside I guess.
