I dont know what happened to this place but I used to love it. Not the 1st time this has happened to me but today I placed an online order and went to pick it up they gave it away to a GrubHub driver… had to wait around as they tried to figure out what happened. Once they finally did they asked me to help them recreate my order which I couldn’t since it wasn’t just my food. 2 of my coworkers ordered custom bowls. Then once I sat down to eat, my food was cold and my tacos were so soggy they fell apart. Just terrible Also I think their AC unit was leaking. There was, hopefully, water dripping from the ceiling all over the floor by the soda dispenser. They went from a 4 or 5 in my opinion to a 1 or 2. Do not recommend

Food is usually pretty great for the price, normally 5 stars but too much sauce made burrito mush. Pre-planned an hour ahead because food is normally not ready on time. Still waited nearly 4p minutes for food. Many came, ordered, and ate or left before we got food. Why order ahead?!? I’d rather you say it will be an hour +40 and I’ll pick it up when it’s done than to wait that long. Only saving grace was my daughter got a free drink for the long wait

My son had steak tacos n loved them. I had a bowl with rice n black beans, steak n birria. My steak was chewy n the birria I got was kinda fatty. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was ok. The queso n chips were great.

This is so disappointing! I have ordered from QDOBA before in the past and it was pretty good. However, this time.. I don’t know if it’s the location or if they just don’t care anymore. I ordered chicken street tacos, a ground beef hard taco and lime rice. Online order was picked up as soon as it was made and all of it was not only a big mess but cold except for the rice and that was maybe room temperature. There was maybe a teaspoon of meat in each one and all of the bottoms fell apart. Definitely don’t recommend this one.

This location is ALWAYS late on orders. If you order online go 10-15 minutes after your pickup time. I’ve waited 30 mins after my pickup time before. This is not a one off occasion. This has happened at least four times. Every other Qdoba ove been to has not had this issue.

To say customer service is awful is an absolute understatement. These workers, especially a brunette with a septum ring and a young female with glasses, braids, and a giant mole on her lower left side of her chin gave customers nasty looks and don’t care to ask what you would like. They continue to talk poorly about you in front of your face as you’re eating, continously giving nasty looks. Don’t recommend this location, take the drive to Greenfield or somewhere with friendly faces and where people will be polite and greet you. Also, the female manager acts like she hates her job. I work in the costumer service industry at Texas Roadhouse and you should NEVER speak of a guest when they are in front of you the way they did towards my mom and I.
