Most akward experience. Walked in and was stared at. Finally the girl walked to the register and said can I help you. Her facial expression never changed she just looked annoyed no smile or personality. She chucked finally as she dropped our cup on the ground and then had to ask for a new one as she didn’t offer. I’ve always rated arby’s high out of all resturants, but they just gave me the best disappointment of my life, the food is tasteless because fries seems to have been sitting there from yesterday and the crispy chicken blub wrap that I ordered was super cold and they put old dried chicken nuggets inside it, the cheese was strong inside of it and very cold as well, this is a complete shame on how the person in the kitchen makes people waste money, time and energy to drive down there and get that mess, I wish to get my money back but I was too quick to trash that mess. This Arby’s employees make literal mentally slow people look like Einstein. Watched three people walk away, then when I did the employee started raising their voice at me to argue when I said nevermind I’m leaving too. Wow!!!! Just Wow!!!!! With employees like that I bet there are more issues with the food and sanitation.
