Update: switched to 5 stars since last several visits haven’t had consistency issues! (Previous review: Would be 4, or 5 stars if this location addressed the inconsistency problem. It tastes differently depending upon who is working — and that’s not a good thing.)

Bread was clearly overcooked and dried out. You could peel the top layer off by hand. Roast beef was flavorless +Barely any sauce as well. Awful !

I’m beyond upset. This is the second time my family ordered dinner from the big fish drive location. If you guys are suffering a shortage you should warn customers instead of selling sandwiches at full price. Anyone can look at these sandwiches and see that I paid $20 dollars for nothing. We bought 4 sandwiches and each one was lacking but this was by far the worst. This is just unacceptable. As someone living on the west coast who misses east coast food, I loved Jersey Mikes but this is terrible. My family deserves a refund. We even paid for extra meat and cheese … two weeks ago we ordered and had to drive back because the order was wrong. I guess the taste of home was nice while it lasted. This is so disappointing.

You want to order jerseys because it’s close or you had one good experience at some point, but unfortunately every location every spot has people who refuse to check your online order, make sure your sandwich is soggy, and overcharge you even if you have a discount or gift card. Save your money and go to the worst food spot in any state or city and they’ll be better than this place.

I ordered online at 3:55pm to pick up three sandwiches at 5:08pm. I got to the store a couple minutes after 5:00 to pick up. The two young girls proceeded to tell me they had no bread but could do wraps. They had NO bread. No regular, wheat, rosemary Parmesan or gluten-free bread. It’s a sandwich shop!!!!! How do you run out of bread?!??

We waited in line for about 20 mins no problem. I ordered 3 big kahuna sandwiches and a famous Philly. I asked for bacon on one big kahuna. We we finally got our order a half hour later, I checked each sandwich. All 3 kahuna sandwiches were missing mushrooms and mine was missing the bacon as well. Also, they come with extra cheese and that was missing. When I brought it to someone’s attention he threw his hands in the air and said I have no mushrooms but I can get you the bacon. I’m sorry if a main ingredient is out you should notify the customer when they order not after they pay over $60 for food. Food was dry and flavorless and didn’t even fill the bread. I have no idea how long the bacon sat there in the bin. My first time at a jersey Mike’s was in an airport in another state last month. Those were amazing sandwiches. I would rather fly back to the airport before setting foot in here again.

Ordered a sandwich to include oregano & mustard. The first half had neither. Both were piled up on one side of the sandwich. It burned my mouth & was very off-putting. Why can’t these items be distributed EVENLY throughout the sandwich?

I usually love this place, I absolutely love their sandwiches and am somewhat addicted. But this location has been out of ingredients, like bacon the last few weeks randomly, and now in last week they’ve been closing early without notice. Hours still say close at 9pm, and online pick up orders still accepted, but they’ve been closed by 8pm.

I went there the other night and ordered dinner. I’m a door dash driver and was trying to get something on the road. I asked for a Giant sandwich for my husband with chicken an other things. Told him to cut it in fours and he didnt. I asked for the Philly beef one on a regular roll he put half of a chicken and beef on the other half of the roll. Not what I asked for. The guy taking my order rolled his eyes at me. I’m from Philly so I know what a good Philly sandwich is. He just didn’t like taking my order because I asked for things extra and I asked for stuff not to be on there. He wrote it down and still didn’t listen. I’m very disappointed because I’ve come here before. I don’t know if I’ll be back.
