We arrived at 11:30 am on a Saturday morning. Ordered 3 slices of pizza. They were delicious. The bathroom was dirty. You have to use a code to enter the bathroom. There were lots of people in the video poker area. People were touching all the plastic glasses that were out for anyone to fill at the soda machine. The owner was there. He seemed like a nice guy. He does have his hands full with all the individuals that come and go and don’t buy anything, but that has a lot to do with the area surroundings.

Inside and outside seating. The pizza is a thin crust(A+) that’s just right. I’ve only had 3 different pizza slices but other than the grease from the pepperoni..all have been good. They also serve salads(the Cesar is big and very good) as well as pasta dishes. Standard fountain drinks and a decent selection of bottled/canned drinks (beer-i think, red bull, etc). Good prices per slice and combo’s (drink&pizza, drink&pizza&salad, pasta&drink). I thought UT was more like little Cesar’s from the outside but was pleasantly surprised when my friend took me here

The place is cool, but a large 1 topping is supposed to be $14. I asked for a half and half. Half Canadian bacon half peperoni and I was charged $27. Half a section of just a different topping, all one topping portion, cots $13 more? I really like this place but I can’t believe i was changed $13 extra just because i wanted 2 half portions of toppings instead of just picking peperoni. A shame, really. This place is delicious but that is just crazy and i simply can’t afford $13 extra dollers for a half and half pizza. Also, I am aware that things can get crazy, but we were told it would take 20 minutes to make our pizza, in reality it was 40. They didn’t even inform us it would take longer. We ate in and could have easily been told. I am very disappointed. Communication would have solved every issue I had at this location. We were also mot given plates for eating in and had to use napkins. I wish i wasn’t writing this review.

Terrible service, sat around waiting for almost an hour before speaking up about our food in which we got the most apathetic ah sorry response ever. Given cold undercooked pizza, absolutely awful service and poorly cooked food. I get that it can be rough sometimes, but this was just unexcusable and quite frankly it wasn’t even busy. I’d definitely avoid this place by a wide berth, go to Flying Pie or one of the other Pizza Schmizzas across the river, or hell even 7/11 will give you better customer service and actually cook your pizza through.

I bought a pizza here and waited for it to go. The staff are friendly, food reasonably priced, and the atmosphere inside is pretty cool with all the decorations they have. I love their pizza dough and plan on returning!

I got the “No Kiss Tonight” garlic and chicken on white sauce pizza. I don’t know how it’s possible for those flavors to come out bland but it tasted like a frozen grocery store plain cheese pizza.

The crew that is working on 3/30/23 at 7:45pm is trash. No customer service. Took me 30 minutes to get my order after I watched 4 people come in after me and be serviced. After asking about my order the person who took my order informed the employee I asked that I ” needed all of it ” implying most of my order hasn’t been started. Anyway pretty sure if I hadn’t have asked about my order I would still be there. Oh and got to my car and checked my food, was cold as **** except the wings. Never going back. Shut it down, no one that works there gives a ****.

Three staff on site. Extensive delay in food to table, some finished their meals before others were even served, two wrong sandwiches were made or missing ingredients. Manager was very apologetic, but since you pay and tip in advance, you kinda get screwed.
