It was our first time having subs at Firehouse, and I must say we are pleasantly surprised. The hot toasted bread and steamed meat were the game changers. Try the new Spicy Cajun Chicken if you like chicken or the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket if you like meat. The coke machine was fun and with lots of options.

Back for another sub while completing errands in the area. Its been awhile since last visit and they are doing great. Bumped them up to 5 stars from 2016. No masks required of customers. Although I think its odd they still have shields up before beverage area and ask only one customer in area at a time. Most customers for Sunday lunch are take-out. I really like their make-your-own soft drink machine. See photo. Lots and lots of selections.

They were delightfully courteous, attentive, and professional to us and to other customers. Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly greeted. We always enjoy our visits to your location since your restaurant is always clean and tidy. Your employees always make sure the service and the delicious submarine sandwiches are the best. Last December we picked up some submarine sandwiches that Maria Lola and Monica delightfully crafted for our next door neighbors and thereby introduced them to the Firehouse subs experience, and guess what? Today the neighbors were there delightfully enjoying lunch. They have become frequent customers of your store. We all thank you for having your store in our neighborhood. We love your employees!

I love firehouse subs but this location has no quality control. Nothing more frustrating than getting out in the cold, picking up lunch, getting home and realizing there’s no meat on the sandwich. Not only was there NO MEAT but the vegetables were wrong also. Unacceptable.
