My experience with this Dunkin Donuts was subpar. I ordered a medium Iced matcha latte; They definitely got the iced part down(see pic). The cup was more iced than the actual drink itself. if you ever frequent this establishment and you order anything “ICED”. I’d make sure you ask for less Ice or half ice in order for you to get a decent amount of the drink that you actually ordered.

DONT GO HERE. I went with my friend to order our usual french vanilla cold brew. There was only one man working and he was extremely rude, tried telling us our mobile order wasn’t there and then handed them to us a second later and messed up the order. Immediately we sipped the drink and it didn’t taste right. Not sure if the man put something in our drink or used expired products, but within 30 minutes my friend and I had chills, severe body aches, a fever, and nausea. Absolutely disgusting. Never experienced this before.

This place is trash. The people in there as also rude ( customer service terrible) & they don’t EVER get your order right. I told them light ice & they filled my entire cup with ice. I barely got any of my drink. & be careful with your debit/credit cards because some of the employees try to look at your card numbers!

Was in drive thru line for almost 25 minutes for just 4 drinks! There seems to be only 2 people working in there. One manager who didn’t even apologize for taking too long and one crew who doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing. If you ever pass in this store, be prepared to wait like as if you are waiting for a meal to be cooked!
