I have never been to a Dunkin’ Donuts that is very unmanaged, the worker are very rude I approach the drive thru and placed my order 4 days straight all different times they never had what I ordered. On they last day 6/23/23 9:12am and ordered a mini stuffed bagel and it had green mold on it. I returned to the front desk and the young lady gave me such attitude and rolled her eyes. The better business bureau & health inspector need to visit that place , yes green mold. I will travel elsewhere.

Quite easily the rudest cashier in the history of customer service. Gave us donuts that were stuck together with no frosting on them and said “What do you want me to do, that’s how they came”. My wife asked him to stir her drink and he grabbed it from her swirled it and gave it back. Total jerk. To top it all off the rest of our order was incorrect. Worst DD in the area.

I went in today and there were only 2 employees working and of course a few customers in line waiting. The person in front of me hadnt ordered and we had already been there for quite a few minutes. Every time the door opened and the bell rang I could see the look of despair on the poor girls face. I feel bad for the employees that actually show up every day.

This may be the slowest Dunkin’ I’ve visited. It is always understaffed. I was the only person in line and waited several minutes and nobody even came to the counter to take my order. I finally gave up, left and went to different one.

12:45 tuesday 7/25 hispansic girl was so rude and didn’t take my order and told me i can’t get anything, i waited 10 mins in the drive through and then went to the window as a buisness owner myself what is this nonsense!! don’t recommend this place at all unless they hire a new staff, this is the lowest rated dunkin in the area and now i know why.

On 10/2/21 around 8:20am I’ve purchased a big box of coffee and a dozen of donuts. The donuts enclosure had a bee inside, I’ve asked the barista and she said she didn’t know what to do with it. The coffee bow was soggy I guess with coffee. Se didn’t give any napkins or stirring sticks, before throwing cream and sweetener in a paper-bag, she removed something sticking to her shoe, she used the same hand to touch everything she threw in the bag. VERY poor service, she didn’t give me any receipts for my purchase. Not coming back.

I always have a great experience at this location. I often come here, the staff is super friendly, yes they’re understaffed but they’re pretty quick with my orders. I often come in the morning and weekends. This is the spot to get a yummy caramel iced coffee ☕️ it’s never too light or too dark, just perfect

This place is a joke. I did a mobile order for a blueberry donut and snack bacon. I get there and I’m told they’re out of bacon. I tell them I’ll just take the donut then. I get in my car and drive away to find to plain glazed donuts. Nowhere near a blueberry donut. Even worse i go back and I’m told i can’t get a refund because it was a mobile order. No one was willing to fix the problem, so i just left. I wouldn’t come to this Dunkin if i were you.
