Orders three #1’s this morning at 11am. When I got the job site right around the corner (2 minutes away) and opened the food, all three burgers are completely cold and the buns are hard. As if they were from yesterday or taken out of a fridge and let sit until room temp. No heat to them whatsoever and the buns have no softness to them. There is no way these burgers were made fresh any time recent. Unacceptable. You can see the cold bun sticking to the cold cheese in the photo. I honestly should get a refund for this order.

Not sure exactly what to expect with this jumbo popcorn chicken. The flavor was decent. As you can see, the sauce isn’t very evenly distributed, some pieces have no sauce at all. The chicken was very hard and crunchy.

I have tried this location a few times and it has been bad each time. This last time was ridiculous. I ordered something so simple. A mini strawberry banana shake with whipped cream and no cherry. I received a vanilla shake with a cherry. Went back through the drive thru and told the person I was just there what happened. He stil got the order wrong and I corrected him and he said how much it was. I was like I ALREADY PAID, I NEED THE CORRECT ITEM. He seemed really confused and said ok. So I drive up and waited for literally 20-25 minutes. In that time carhops tried to give me the wrong order, I don’t think the guy in the drive thru even told anyone. Finally the guy came out and we told him what we were waiting for. He brought the right shake, but with no whip cream. When I told him it had no whip cream, he said “I don’t make the orders, I just being them out”. Uh, ok? Just fix it! Then he came back and said they were out of whip cream. Huh? That’s the third time they have been out of whip cream! Why didn’t the drive thru person tell us they were out when we ordered it!?! So it basically took 30-40 minutes to get a mini strawberry banana shake with whip cream. Never will I go back, horrible incompetent service!!

Hit and miss on their food. Today the chili dog was cool to the touch, I shudder to think how old it may be. The onion rings were actually dripping with grease and very burned with only some of the breading attached. And…they were cool to the touch. Whomever served these obviously knew better. Disappointed to say the least.
