Raw bar options are sourced by Chef Justin from small coastal farmers and then flown in overnight. Charcuterie and cheeses come from high-quality domestic producers, as well as some of our finest import partners.

What a fun experience! Really nothing like it in Milwaukee. Had a great time ordering our way through the food and wine menu. I could eat those scallops daily and couldn’t stop talking about them on the way home. Also, the most fun, lovely people work there which is obviously a plus!

Had such a fun experience here last night! The atmosphere was welcoming and cozy with attentive service that was never intrusive. The food was fresh and creative, and we enjoyed trying each new thing as the night unfolded. We ordered the beet salad, razor clams, lobster melon salad and sourdough chicken and would recommend them all! And don’t pass on the desserts – they are amazing! 1033 has created something really special. We will definitely be back!

I had the most WONDERFUL time tonight. Came in for a quick bite. I knew they had a buy out because of their reservations system (which was updated to reflect that; good on their social media team for being on top of it) got there right as dinner service opened and they were attentive, friendly, and dang near treated me like a friend. I felt extremely welcomed even with the hour time limit on my stay. All of the staff were friendly and talked to me casually, kitchen staff included. All of them checking in to make sure I was happy regularly, asking if I had questions and has more than helpful answers and guided me through a wonderful experience. Will most definitely be back again and again. Can’t recommend enough for a foodie wanting something a little different from usual Wisconsin fare. And the wine selection is fantastic and most of it is BTG.

Absolutely fantastic dining experience! From the vibe to the service to the food! It was perfect. Very different experience than I’ve ever had before. Small place with counter seating around kitchen provides intimate setting and super service. Comfortable vibes with good music and lighting. All different types of food from all over the world on the menu that all taste incredibly fresh. We had oysters, shrimp, caviar, mushroom porridge and more! A great variety of sharable plates. Would recommend anyone to check out this unique dining experience!

It was my first time experiencing 1033 and to say the least… It won’t be my last! Tori recommended us to try the Edwards Surryano and goat cheese: 10/10 recommendation. The seafood plateau is an absolute must, paired with a bottle of Sancerre and the mushroom porridge made you feel right at home. Delicious food, above and beyond friendly team, one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in awhile!

We had an excellent experience here, taking my grandmother and mother out for a late Mother’s Day treat. The dining experience here was fantastic, to say the least. The presentation was amazing and the plates were small. We were left satisfied. But didn’t feel too exuberant in our eating. The portion sizes were very appropriate and it was a fun experience to try out a new dish subsequently after another. Highlights include the lobster, as well as the mochi donuts and caviar. The restaurant’s location is innocuous and the atmosphere is compact and calm. I highly recommend this for anyone who is looking to have a fine dining experience, as well as try some new wine.

I ate here for my mom’s birthday and it was fabulous! The food was amazing, but the wait staff was even better! Our server Ilana, and hostess Tory were attentive , accommodating, and knowledgeable and they paid special attention to my mom’s dietary restrictions. The food was delicious and every dish was elevated and interesting. I would 100% recommend 1033, and will eat there again.

Had the best time AGAIN at 1033 this past week! This little spot is not to be missed. Upscale nosh and nothin stuffy about it ♀️ caviar and mochi donuts…are you kidding me!?
