Libertá is an amazing pizzeria on LBI. Their homemade sourdough crust has the right balance of crunch and chew, their sauce is excellent and their toppings are fresh and delicious. I can usually find something to disagree with about pizza, but not at Libertá. It’s now one of my top places, even though it’s a long drive from Brooklyn. I’m looking forward to the next time I can visit!

This pizza is good. Really good. Sourdough crust, crispy and chewy. Real mozzarella- I say this as I’m tired of getting these margarita pizzas with “fresh mozz” and it doesn’t pull, it just sits there immovable. Add sausage and peppedews. All high quality ingredients. And 10min later and an amazing personal bubbling hot pie is all yours.

Pizza is so good! Really fresh ingredients, perfect sauce and crust. Just be aware these are personal pies, not sure why that other reviewer left one star because he missed that on the menu. It’s okay to admit when you’re wrong, dawg, don’t ding a small business for your mistake.

Absolutely delicious pizza—probably the only place on the island to find sourdough pizza. The ingredients were so fresh and the Pizza Americana and pepperoni were particularly good. The size is perfect for one person. Will definitely be coming back!

Delicious pizza! It’s clear that this restaurant was very deliberate with the sourcing of their quality ingredients. The pizzas are a perfectly portioned personal size. I have both gluten eaters and gluten-free people in my party – all were very satisfied, and we’re looking forward to coming back here in the future.

Need to fix menu to a READABLE “TEN INCH” pizza. I came home with a laughable 4 baby pizzas for a group of 10. It was certainly priced as normal sized pizzas. And “tip options” are 15, 20& 25%. First and last time. At least they are open 3 whole days a week. Terrible business model.
