Whenever you order online, they purposely add WAY less food. I’ve ate at their restaurant many times and this was the first I ordered online, I ordered a bowl and burrito. Both of them were less than HALF the size they are when you order in person, I wish I could’ve gotten a refund and just went there instead

I decided to try this establishment for the first time. Well, never again! What a terrible first & LAST experience! To start, they were out of bell peppers & onions, so I was going to have to wait for them to cook some. Secondly, the shell for the taco salad had been broken off on one side as if someone ate part of it & when I asked for another one instead, he said, “We’re out of ’em.” Ummm… “Never mind, Sir! Just forget it!” Smh!

Restaurant is new but it’s definitely clean and vibrant. Employees were friendly. Read previous reviews about the chips and queso not being good and not a wide selection of drinks. Here’s this: the chips are seasoned with something than just salt. It’s tasty and is delicious without the queso on it. The drinks are your typical fountain drinks, with the addition of sweet and unsweetened teas and 2 lemonades. Let’s be real, it’s a restaurant not a bar so you go for the food not drinks. The cup size is rather big compared to other restaurants, which is a great thing. We both got burrito combos. Husband got the shrimp burrito and guacamole with his chips and I got the chicken burrito and queso with my chips. He loved the shrimp because he could taste the garlic.

New location. Nicely decorated and bright inside. It’s cafeteria style where they prepare the food in front of you like Moe’s or Chipotle. Our group ordered burritos and a bowl. Service was prompt. Food was okay — nothing to get excited about or memorable that would make me want to hurry back. Give it a try and see what you think.

Food and service was okay. My taco salad was alright. The music was really weird and distracting tho…they played either depressing, slow foreign music or weird Christmas music on an electric piano that sounded like it was having a seizure. Nothing impressive, probably won’t go again.

2nd time trying this place couldnt remember the 1st time so decided to try again. Customer service wasnt bad but the food was. Bland no seasoning at all. If you are on a diabetic/high blood pressure restriction it would be perfect. I was not thrilled at the fact that I spent money on this and had to force it down at 7pm last night. Its ok to season the chicken rice pico and pintos PLEASE if you want to survive

I’ve been several times and find the service and food mediocre. For some reason lately they no longer have fajitas vegs ready. They make them when you order them and was told 10 mins! Seriously? Prices do not service, food quality and portions.

We have been 3 separate times. Our first experience was mediocre, the service was good, but the food was not. Went in the evening ordered a chicken bowl and the meat did not taste good at all and everything was cold. The food had been sitting out so long the protein and refried beans were very dry. Our second experience was much better, we went in the early afternoon got a veggie bowl. The veggies were cooked right in front of us, and the food was much fresher and yummy! Because we had a better experience our second time around we went back again a third time in the evening and asked for a veggie bowl. The lady told us it would be a 5-10 minute wait for sautéed veggies even though we were the only ones at the counter. Then she asked another employee who did not seem as though he was interested in being there or assisting his coworkers, if he could sauté the veggies. He told her they were out and then continued to walk around and listen to his headphones. So we did not order food that night and just left. Some employees give great service while others don’t. If you decide to go here I would suggest going earlier in the day close to when they open as you have a better chance of fresher food and better service.
