first time here and no one is in uniform every one is dressed in regular clothes employees on phones and ear pods listening to music waited to be served while the employees had there friends in the back talking away and no manager working so I just ordered on the kiosk to make matters worse I placed my order but the employees served there friends who were in the back first without even paying horrible service no respect for the customer and no respect for the company. Taco Bell please replace the entire staff and manager the employees are the face of the company and this is bad for business.

Why why why did I give this taco bell in Canton Ms another chance after months of not going back. Only to get home and something in my Mexican pizza was spoiled so bad till I almost threw up and not only did I buy 1 but 2 for my husband and myself. I told him to try it and now he can’t get the bad taste out of his mouth. And why did she ask me at the drive thru to back up then come back forward. What was that? I was the only 1 in line.

On 2/12/19 I went through the drive-thru and ordered two Chicken Burrito’s on my lunch break. I go to this store about once a week. When I got back to work I opened my Burrito to add sauce to it and there was only two small pcs of chicken in them. I called to speak to the manager twice and was told both times that she was out. By far the worst meal I have ever received from a Taco Bell in my life. I went online and filed a complaint and I have yet to hear anything. The only good thing I can say about it was that the young lady working the drive-thru was and has always been very nice.

Door says closes at either 10 or 11, can’t remember. Walked up at 8:10 pm and the doors were locked. Employees looked at but other than no acknowledgement.

Food was good, but the lack of human interaction sucks! Using a kiosk was our only way of ordering. Orders were delivered fast, but only saw employees for 30 seconds or less. It was almost like visiting a ghost automated restaurant.
