I ordered two medium two topping pizzas for pickup, drive 20 minutes into town to pick them up. Get home to eat, and as soon as I open the box it’s only 4-5 slices IN BOTH BOXES and not even the toppings I ordered. This goes to show that you should ALWAYS check your order before you leave!!! Since this has never happened before I didn’t think I needed to check but now I will definitely be checking. Store number is #9607. Better refund my money back! You’re better than this Fayetteville, AR.

They continuously put bacon on my food when I request no bacon. They don’t even read the tickets. I will give them one more chance. However, I have discovered Woodstone and would recommend paying for the better quality. I dont trust Dominos

Gave 3 stars because I do eat here often and usually have zeros issues. Was very disappointed tonight when I got home to see our pizza. I wouldn’t mind waiting if you had to remake it but getting home to this was not ok. They did refund my purchase which was nice but still would want to see better quality checks in the future. No one wants 3 slices they can’t eat.

I found a fly baked into my pizza. I feel pretty upset about it because I did order my pizza closer to closing time which I always feel bad about but I was super hungry and the grocery store was already closed. I left a 20% tip on my order in hopes to make it less of an inconvenience that I ordered so close to closing time because when I worked in service I know how irritating it can be when there’s always that one person who comes in at the last minute. Now this could be a complete accident but there’s a part of me that feels like maybe it wasn’t and the hygiene of this location isn’t the best and I just feel upset. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Good location, the food is always great here, and rarely is my order ever messed up. I don’t call them or go back when or if they accidentally do mess it up, as a result. One of their staff noticed me and my husband’s excitement one day when we came in, and he stopped to ask what the hype was about, and when we told him, he warmly congratulated us with a smile on the announcement that we were getting a marriage license soon! Little things like that are never forgotten, for sure.

They gave me a buffalo pizza without the buffalo. An entire pizza, wasted because someone forgot to add the SINGLE ingredient that it requires to be called that. I will not be ordering from them again, after several hours wasted and not being served at all what was ordered. Please do not buy from this shady, inconclusive business. Worst customer service ever. They don’t care.
