Our company has decided to look into Taco Pacifico to be the main food truck at our corporate event this summer for a large crowd. The owner Greg invited us for a free tasting of their products. 4 of us decided to go and try this out. It was fantastic, Mario provided the food just like it would from the truck. Everything was fresh and tasty. The chips and guac are excellent. I really enjoyed the pork soft taco. Greg showed us the machines they use to make all the chips and tortillas on site. After trying everything all I can say is we can’t wait to get his truck out to our summer venue. Highly recommended for the food so far. I will update this review once the party is completed.

Used them for my husband’s 40th birthday. Aside from the food being amazing, which you can see for yourself at the tasting window, they really worked with me as far as menu, allergies, time and people. The truck broke the week before my event and i got a call that arrangements were made and i wasnt worried at all. There truthfully is not a single thing I could say negative.

Great new find in Wallingford! I picked up take out and the place was nice and clean and the staff was so friendly. Due to Covid precautions we had to wait outside but it was well worth it. The food was delicious! Tortillas are fresh and made from scratch right on the premises. Guacamole was awesome! Hot chips with just the right amount of salt. Everything was seasoned perfectly! I highly recommend this new little gem.

We heard about this place in the paper today, and decided it would be a good dinner. Boy we’re we right! We got a chicken quesadilla, chicken nachos, carnitas nachos, fish tacos, and Barbacoa burrito and we were blown away! Perfect amount of spice, seasoning, and huge portions. One single burrito is like a weapon!! Thank you so much for this, and we will certainly be back and be referring friends!

Wallingford has long needed a delicious taco place..we finally got one! We got the nachos, chicken quesadilla and beef tacos. Everything was delicious, fresh and not greasy. I’m a big fan of cheese and they use like 5 cheeses on the nachos! Already craving more! 🙂

Great for a quick bite! Picked up a carnitas quesadilla for lunch. Order to pickup time was only ten minutes. Probably carnitas had a nice touch of sweetness. Chips were crisp (a touch salty) and salsa was fresh and bright.

Tried several different offering (fish and chicken tacos, quesadillas, guac and chicken nachos) the guac and nachos were good but we were disappointed with the other items. Our order was not correct and it was a little pricey for what we got.
