The Crawfish Haus is a locally owed and operated food trailer. We serve boiled crawfish as well as boiled shrimp to go along with corn and potatoes. Our Crawfish come to the hill country all the way from Crowley, Louisiana the epicenter for the crawfish industry. We are thrilled to serve authentic Cajun Crawfish in the hill country!

Justin’s crawfish are hands down the best I’ve had in YEARS- and I come from some Deep South, Creole spicy, meaty, cooked-to-perfection crawfish eating and boiling! This is a MIST stop if you are even remotely close enough to make it… and maybe even if you’re an hour or more out of the way. Well done, sir!!!

When I passed by I just thought this was a couple college guys boiling crawfish… turns out they partner with the lodge so you can order beers and chill at a picnic table by the river! The seasoning and atmosphere are the best in town.
