My tacos were good but my wife had shrimp al la crema. It wasn’t good the shrimp were gross. Non edible. Not a five star restaurant. It took us over an hour to get our food. Out of chips and salsa.

Authentic as it comes. Delicious, friendly and if you like tequila, this is the spot! I had the pleasure of eating here again just the other day, talk about excellent! The owner she’s awesome, friendly hard working woman! Hats off to her, she’s holding things down and pumping out authentic delicious tasting food, and doing so with a big smile.

This was the very best Mexican food I’ve ever eaten in the U.S. Specifically, the ingredients were fresh and high quality, the salsa was fantastic, the food wasn’t fatty and “heavy” as many Mexican restaurants tend to make it, and the lady who served us was awesome. They spoke only Spanish there and the menu was in Spanish, but a smile is a smile in any language. This is a great little place and I’ll be back when I come to Caldwell again. I’d give them 11 stars if I could.

Came here for a Sunday menudo. I’m incredibly picky with the authenticity of my Mexican food and this place delivered. The menudo was spot on, served with all of the correct toppings and amazing homemade tortillas. My boyfriend had the chilaquiles and the portion was massive and cooked to perfection. Fully recommend if you’re looking for real Mexican food.
